Defective Goods
If you return a product to us and the product is deemed to be defective, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide you with a repair or replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid by you using the original payment method used for the order.
Change of mind or Incorrect Selection
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection or other circumstances.
Transactional Costs
Where you cancel your order prior to the date of dispatch of the order, we will refund you the amount paid by you, less the Transaction Fee of 6% charged by our third party payment processors (Afterpay, Stripe etc).
